Punctuality

Participants who are more than 30 minutes late for class will be considered absent and not be allowed to join the course. Refunds will not be given.

Declaration of Medical Conditions

The participant is responsible for declaring if he/she now or has ever been bothered with any medical illnesses like back trouble, joint injuries, spinal injuries, heart trouble and other physical conditions or medical disabilities or serious illness. The participant has to inform the trainer about any feelings of discomfort or illnesses that he/she feels at any time during the training session. In case of doubt, please consult your doctor. Participants who are pregnant are strongly discouraged from joining the course. Pregnant participants who are beyond their first trimester are strictly not allowed to join the course. In case of doubt, please consult your doctor.

Terms of Payment

Payment has to be made upon registration.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

The Client is required to request for any rescheduling or cancellation in writing. The grace period for any cancellations/rescheduling is 10 working days prior to course date. Any cancellations/rescheduling made within the grace period will not be chargeable. 50% of course fee will be refunded if participant cancels/reschedules at least 4 days before the course date. No refunds will be given if the participant cancels/reschedules less than 4 days before the course. In the event that the training centre cancels the course less than 4 days before the course date, full refund will be given to the participants.

Refund Policy

Refunds from Medlink Healthcare Group will be via electronic bank transfer. Refunds will be subjected to transaction fees and admin fees which may vary, depending on the payment method during checkout. We regret that we are unable to offer FULL refunds. Duration in which the participants will receive the refunds are also dependant on the selected payment option during checkout and cannot guarantee the speed of the refund process. Refunds will not be provided to participants that failed the assessment of the course they participated or attended.

Appeal

Any appeal in the assessment and practical results will be reviewed by the Training Manager. The appeal process will take 7 days. The result of the appeal will be deemed as final.

Model Release

By registering for courses or workshops held by or conducted by Medlink Healthcare Group, you hereby grant the company and its assigned photographers the irrevocable right to use any photos, videos or forms of media taken of you, or that which includes you, in whole or in part in any media now or hereafter known. Such media can include, but is not restricted and limited to, electronic direct mails (EDMs), marketing collaterals, print advertisements, posters, illustrations, advertising and social media platforms. You hereby release and discharge all assigned photographers from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.

SDF Grant

SSG grant only applicable for Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident aged 21 or older. Not all courses are applicable for SSG Grant. SSG Grant is up to 70% claimable subject to approval from SSG.  Medlink Healthcare Group reserve the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee / company if trainee did not meet the funding criteria.
